POLICIES AND INFORMATION
Inspired Play Cafe prioritizes the health and safety of our guests and team.
- Please select a different day to visit us if you or anyone in your home has symptoms of illness within the last 48 hours (cold, covid, or flu like symptoms, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills) We ask you are all guests are health when entering our facility to protect our community or we will kindly ask you to reschedule to protect our community.
- Complimentary 30-day reschedule window for illness—email info@inspiredplaycafe.com at least 1 hour before your session. No phone requests. No-shows cannot reschedule.
- We maintain a safe, clean environment with frequent sanitizing, separate bins for mouthed toys, hand sanitizer stations, a peanut-free policy, and only non-toxic products.
- Outside food & drinks: Small snacks are welcome. No full meals or drinks/meals from other businesses. Peanuts are not allowed on any occasion and no outside food or drinks can be stored in our facilities refrigeration or freezer.
- Mini birthday parties (desserts, balloons, presents) are not allowed during open play unless you have pre-booked a "public party". See "Private Events" tab for details on a Public Party option in our facilities.
- Complimentary arts & crafts station in the café—no play pass required.
- WiFi & outlets available for working parents near play space.
- Call us for group bookings: MOPS, mom groups, private playdates, and more.
