  • Event Planner to coordinate all vendors, party set up, and logistics

The difference between this package and THE DIY is simply 10 more child admission tickets and more set up help from us.
This package includes 10 children and/or 35 total guests (if you do not have 10 children, you can use those spots for additional adults) ages 6 months and up, if they are in our play space they are counted as a playing child. This package does not include decorations, food, party supplies, dessert, etc. just our facility and staff to assist you! See below for exact details.

Book your party Monday - Thursday after 1pm and rent our space for $100 per hour + $10 per child 6mo and up. This package does not include a party assistant, and clean up + resetting the play space is your responsibility. Barista is available and on-site for food and drink purchases.

 "The Weekday" can only be booked Monday through Thursday and can begin between 1 pm and 6 pm for a start time, with a minimum of 1 hour per booking.

Friday Celebrations
**Only one party is accepted on Fridays. Once it's booked,
all other times close out. Options are:
4:30-6:30pm  |  5:00-7:00pm  |  5:30-7:30pm  |  6:00-8:00pm

Saturday Celebrations
1:00-3:00pm  |  4:00-6:00pm

Sunday Celebrations
10:30 - 12:30pm  |  1:30 - 3:30pm  |  4:30 - 6:30pm

OPTIONAL ADD ONS

Want a hands off experience? Hire us for $50 per hour and we can customize your birthday. We will call you after viewing your booking to go over your theme. We will send you options prior to ordering and place your order. Then, the day of your event, you will walk into a fully decorated party. You are responsible for the price of goods, helium, our labor and time, and all other costs associated. Normally, this option takes about 2-4 hours of our time, $100 for helium/balloon weights, and decorations vary based on your selection. This can be as cost effective or free flowing as you desire!  

Decorations, Food, and Goodie Bag (for 20 children)

  •  Themed Decor $100 (Bluey, Mickey Mouse, Trucks/Cars, etc.)
  • Goodie Bags $5 per bag
  • 10' Sheet Cake $40
  • Cupcakes $40 (pick a color or simple design)
  • Extra time on your party $50 per hour (can only be added onto the last party of the day Saturday, anytime Friday, or the first party on Sunday’s)

Educational Classes

  • 1 1/2 hour rental is $150 for bounce house
  • Whole party rental for the white 8ft arch is $150
  • Both rentals Include set up and clean up
  • Complimentary option for you to decorate either addition with balloons or a banner

DEPOSIT + PAYMENT DETAILS

DEPOSIT: 1/2 of the total is required at the time of booking as a non-refundable deposit. For more information, please contact our event coordinator at info@inspiredplaycafe.com

CANCELLATION + ILLNESS: If you need to cancel for personal reasons or illness prior to 48 hours, the deposit is still non-refundable and you are required to pay 1/2 the remaining balance. If you cancel at least 2 weeks before your event and would like to reschedule, an additional deposit of $150 is due or you can forfeit your deposit.

If you or anyone in your household attending the party is sick (including the child), we REQUIRE you to reschedule. If you would like a new date, there is an additional fee to reschedule. Please contact us if this is your situation. Otherwise, you can forfeit the deposit, and you do not have to reschedule. 

**PLEASE NOTE** We do not allow joint parties for anyone outside of the home/siblings without prior approval. If you want to do a joint party, please email us at info@inspiredplaycafe.com and we will discuss pricing with you based on your needs. Thank you!

All Educational Classes begin at $50, cost of products are determined by how many children participate and any requests you may have. Each class is 30 minutes long. Most crafts can be done at $10 per child and $50 for the teacher.
