THE WEEKDAY -PRIVATE RENTAL

Book your party Monday - Thursday after 1pm and rent our space for $100 per hour (2 hour minimum is required) + $14.50 per child 6mo and up fee. This package does not include a party assistant or any other perks listed in our birthday packages. A dedicated barista is available for no charge and on-site for food and drink purchases.

SIMPLE & EASY

PUBLIC PARTY -DURING OPEN PLAY

A public party takes place during normal play hours. You can invite up to 20 people total (a 10 child max). If you need more spots, you are required to get prior approval via email at assistant@inspiredplaycafe.com. The public party can only be booked on a weekend one week in advanced or if no parties are scheduled. If you schedule a public party weeks or months in advance and it was open at the time, there is a chance a birthday can be booked and would override your public party option. During our busy season (Nov-March) we may not allow a public party option due to overcrowded open play on the weekends and you would have to book a private party option to ensure a birthday/event spot. To ensure you have a specific date/time that has 100% chance of happening, we suggest you book a private party- see options above. You will know if a party is pre-booked by going to register for open play that day and seeing spots left or "no spots available". To register for open play, click "reserve" at our websites main page.

You're welcome to bring a cake and balloons, and we will reserve a table for your group that seats up to 10 for $50 table fee. To book, follow the steps below:

1. Go to our website to reserve and pay for your open play passes at your preferred location, Merriam or Overland Park in advance. This ensures there's enough spots for your group the day of the event.
2. When booking, enter your "last name + public party" as the child's first and last name so we can group your reservation together
3. Pay the $50 table fee the day of the event

Please note: The $50 fee is required to host a public birthday party and punch cards nor any sales can be redeemed for this booking.

"The Weekday" can only be booked Monday through Thursday and can begin between 1 pm and 6 pm for a start time, with a minimum of 2 hour per booking.

Friday Celebrations
**Only one party is accepted on Fridays. Once it's booked, all other times close out. Options are:
4:30-6:30pm | 5:00-7:00pm | 5:30-7:30pm | 6:00-8:00pm

Saturday Celebrations
1:00-3:00pm | 4:00-6:00pm
*if you want a Saturday morning birthday, they are available for an extra rental fee $MKT price, call*

Sunday Celebrations
10:30 - 12:30pm | 1:30 - 3:30pm | 4:30 - 6:30pm

DEPOSIT + PAYMENT DETAILS

DEPOSIT: 1/2 of the total is required at the time of booking as a non-refundable deposit. If you no call, no show, you will be charged your remaining balance of the party. All Educational Classes begin at $50, cost of products are determined by how many children participate and any requests you may have. Each class is 30 minutes long. Most crafts can be done at $10 per child and $50 for the teacher.
